The property:
Le Saint Clair has undergone major renovation works and the existing hotel rooms have been converted into studio and one bedroom apartments. The top floor of this five storey building consists of small one bedroom apartments (26 m²) with the main sleeping area on a mezzanine, and the four lower floors consist of larger one bedroom units (44.70 m²) and studios.
This new residential complex consists of a total of 83 apartments, some of which have balconies and/or private underground parking.
The apartments are fully fitted and elegantly furnished. Facilities include a SPA and fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool with sun deck and bar, the usual cleaning and reception services and free Internet access.
The location:
A holiday venue par excellence, Cap d’Agde is a lively coastal resort in the Hérault department in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Popular with families, the 14 km of white sandy beaches provide a plethora of opportunities for practising water sports and enjoying a relaxing holiday.
At the confluent of the Hérault River and the Canal du Midi, the Marina is a lively spot, with quays lined with boutiques, bars, restaurants and discotheques. Le Saint Clair is less than 50 m from the quayside.
The nearby cities of Sète, Beziers and Montpellier bustle with activity all year round and the entire area has a large array of activities on offer for holiday makers, from horse-riding on the beach to theme parks and excursions on the Canal du Midi.
A little inland is the fabled wine country of the Languedoc, producing some of the finest quality French wines: Saint-Chinian, Minervois, Côteaux du Languedoc, Corbières, Faugères, to name just a few. Amateurs can enjoy a wine-tasting tour along the wine routes.
Our opinion:
An excellent opportunity combining all the ingredients for a successful investment: prime location, reasonable price and attractive yield, a strong management company and a holiday pied-à-terre.
