The village resort of Flumet - Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle (Altitude 800 – 2 500 m), just 11 km from glamorous Megève in the heart of the beautiful Val d’Arly - is a region of forests, pastures, fresh mountain streams and deep blue Alpine lakes, with magnificent views of the Mont Blanc and Beaufortain mountain ranges.
Countless outdoor activities can be enjoyed winter or summer and Flumet has a very popular lakeside beach resort with facilities for water sports, swimming and sunbathing. Our opinion:
Thanks to its geographical position at the foot of the Mont Blanc Mountain and Beaufortain mountain ranges, the Espace Diamant is blessed with abundant snowfall every year. Flumet is a friendly family resort offering a wide range of activities in the winter and summer for all age groups. This property will suit investors looking for an attractive but affordable ski apartment in a good village-resort with total flexibility for personal occupancy – and it's not often that we find all of those features combined!
