The property:
This comfortable 3 star residence will be very centrally located in the resort, close to the cable car and commodities. Consisting of 70 apartments on 8 floors, every unit will have large south-facing balcony, a private parking space and will sleep either 4, 6, or 8 people.
The apartments will be stylishly decorated by an interior designer and comfortably furnished with wooden fittings and warm colours. Large French windows will open up onto the sunny balconies, all facing south and offering splendid views south over the
valley and the slopes.
The residence will have a heated indoor pool and SPA (sauna, Turkish baths), a fitness centre opening up onto a terrace for sunbathing, managed reception, laundry facilities, ski lockers and a cleaning service.

The location:
Isola 2000 is a modern purpose-made ski resort developed in the early 1970’s on the border of the celebrated Massif du Mercantour, a beautifully rugged national park which is home to many protected species of flora and fauna.
Just 84 km from Nice airport and about one and a half hour’s drive, this resort is the largest on the French Riviera with 120 km of ski runs and 24 ski lifts for skiers of all levels.
At an altitude of between 1800 and 2610 metres, Isola 2000 offers perfect skiing conditions from the beginning of December to the first week-end in May. The resort is equipped for cross-country and downhill skiing as well as snowboarding, and there are facilities for half-piping, dog-sleighing, snow-shoeing, heli-ski, ice diving and a natural ice-skating rink.
In the summer months, Isola 2000 becomes a perfect refuge from the heat of the coast, where you can enjoy a number of mountain sports activities; hiking, climbing, canoeing, canyoning, tennis, horse-riding, para-gliding etc. The forests and several mountain lakes offer opportunities for mountain walks for beginners and experienced hikers.The most recently built 18 hole golf course of the Alpes Maritimes, the Isola 2000 golf course is also the highest in Europe . Relatively short (5035 m, par 69), it is quite a ‘technical’ course at 2000 m altitude but all will enjoy the beautiful scenery: Massif de l'Argentera, Parc du Mercantour, Isola 2000 Valley.. Grandiose and only open in summer !
Our opinion:
Where else in the world can you ski all day and take a dip in the Mediterranean in the evening? Isola 2000 is undergoing intensive renovation works and investing heavily in infrastructure. Snow cover is exceptional here thanks to the high altitude and the numerous snow guns and the ski resort is open from November to the 1st of May every year. Isola is also very enjoyable in the summer months.
