Les Chalets du Jardin Alpin will be a group of four chalets being sold under the leaseback scheme. One of these chalets will be divided into four large apartments with living areas of between 49 m² and 77 m², while the other three will provide individual accommodation with very generous living areas of between 77 m² and 85m².
The chalets and apartments will be equipped with state of the art fittings and appliances and will be decorated in a stylish contemporary style.
A stone’s throw from the centre of the resort and at the foot of the pistes, les Chalets du Jardin Alpin wil provide excellent quality accommodation for an increasingly demanding clientele.

Isola 2000 is a modern purpose-made ski resort developed in the early 1970’s on the border of the celebrated Massif du Mercantour, a beautifully rugged national park which is home to many protected species of flora and fauna.
Just 84 km from Nice airport and about one and a half hour’s drive, this resort is the largest on the French Riviera with 120 km of ski runs and 24 ski lifts for skiers of all levels.
At an altitude of between 1 800 and 2610 metres, Isola 2000 offers perfect skiing conditions from the beginning of December to the first week-end in May. The resort is equipped for cross-country and downhill skiing as well as snowboarding, and there are facilities for half-piping, dog-sleighing, snow-shoeing, heli-ski, ice diving and a natural ice-skating rink.
In the summer months, Isola 2000 becomes a perfect refuge from the heat of the coast where you can enjoy a number of mountain sports activities; hiking, climbing, canoeing, canyoning, tennis, horse-riding, para-gliding etc. The forests and several mountain lakes offer opportunities for mountain walks for beginners and experienced hikers.The most recently built 18 hole golf course of the Alpes Maritimes, the Isola 2000 golf course is also the highest in Europe. Relatively short (5035 m, par 69), it is quite a ‘technical’ course at 2000 m altitude but all will enjoy the beautiful scenery: Massif de l'Argentera, Parc du Mercantour, Isola 2000 Valley.. Grandiose and only open in summer !
Our opinion:
Where else in the world can you ski all day and take a dip in the Mediterranean in the evening? Isola 2000 is undergoing intensive renovation works and investing heavily in infrastructure. Snow cover is exceptional here thanks to the high altitude and the numerous snow guns and the ski resort is open from November to the 1st of May every year. Isola is also very enjoyable in the summer months.
