Fabrègues offers shops and amenities, arts and crafts boutiques, many small businesses, and is busy all year round. The area and the region as a whole are very hospitable and well organised for holiday makers, offering a wide range of sports and leisure activities.

Montpellier, one of the most popular cities in France, is only a 10 minute drive away; sandy beaches are a 15 minute drive away and both the international golf course of Massane and La Grande Motte casino are also a few minutes drive from the residence. Our opinion:

At the gateway to Montpellier, between the back country and the beach, a natural setting in which to live all year round or spend your holidays… This residential complex in Fabrègues, so close to the very dynamic city of Montpellier, nevertheless offers the privilege of an estate nestled next to a small historical town.

The “light leaseback” arrangement will allow you to use your property for long periods of time, providing a small guaranteed income but full management services and a VAT refund, as with leaseback.
