Our opinion:

Anyone who has visited Argelès-sur-Mer will have succumbed to the charm of this Catalan city. This residential development will be ideally located in the countryside, surrounded by picturesque countryside, only a few minutes drive to the centre of the city and the beach. Attractive prices, coupled with a good yield in addition to plenty of opportunity for personal occupancy make this an appealing investment from many points of view.

The resort will be managed by Village Center, one of France’s leading tourism operators.
