37/ Maintenance fees and minor repairs

These are generally covered entirely by the management company that will also take care of minor repairs. Any breakage will be covered by the tenant’s security deposit. Major repairs, should they be required, will come under the builder’s 10 year guarantee on new-build. Some management companies will charge a small contribution towards maintenance fees (usually between 15 -25 euros per square meter per annum), this will be included in the lease contract.
