3/ Purchasing a property under certain conditions
- The property must be managed by its owner or handed over to a company who will act as manager on the owner's behalf. The owner is effectively entering into a partnership with the management company since both parties share the same interest: the maintenance of the property in good running order. The property is only available for temporary accommodation and can in no circumstances be let to the same tenant on a permanent basis.
- The management company must provide the necessary services (leisure activities, medical care, or business services) to ensure the property fills its business objective (tourist residence, business residence, senior citizen's home). The owner of the property will not in any way become involved financially in this activity that must be provided and paid for directly by the management company.
