A Residence will be classified as a senior citizens’ residence if in addition to furnished accommodation for temporary rental, it provides the services generally attributed to this type of accommodation: room service, medical assistance, fitness centre, work shops and activities, common dining room etc. These residences offer good yields (5 - 8%) and are built in and around cities and villages all over France (this is one area where demand greatly outweighs the offer, now and in the future).
