12/ Student residences

A Residence will be classified as a “student” residence if in addition to furnished accommodation for temporary rental, it provides the services generally attributed to this type of accommodation: laundry service and launderette, managed reception, TV room. These residences are generally inexpensive by comparison and offer good yields (5 - 7%). They are usually built in areas close to universities or other education facilities and therefore sell very easily.

These types of properties are favoured by French investors and we do not generally place these on our web site.
