11/ Business residences

A Residence will be classified as a “business residence” if in addition to furnished accommodation for temporary rental, it provides the services generally attributed to this type of accommodation: business centre, fitness centre, broadband internet access in the apartments, managed reception, laundry and breakfast facilities. There is usually also a comfortable common sitting-room for relaxing. These properties can command higher rental prices and therefore generally provide a higher yield or rental income than a tourist residence (4.5 – 5%).

Personal use is not possible.
