"Investeren in onroerend goed is geen sinecure, laat staan als dit in Frankrijk is. Hierbij is het van wezenlijk belang om een betrouwbare makelaar in de arm te nemen, die zowel de Franse markt kent (met al zijn bureaucratie en fiscale regelgeving), als de belangrijkste verschillen met de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving, belastingen en andere gewoonten. in mijn ervaringen is Premier French Leaseback een makelaar die onomwonden advies en uitleg geeft hoe dat allemaal in zijn werk gaat. Zij kunnen je van A tot Z helemaal begeleiden en luisteren naar jouw wensen en eisen. Minstens zo belangrijk is de zogenaamde after-sales-service. Ook hierin heeft Premier French Leaseback laten zien dat zij dit belangrijk vinden. Mocht je nog vragen hebben of ergens hulp nodig hebben in de nasleep van het koopproces, zullen ze je ten alle tijden de nodige support geven. Veel Nederlanders zijn minder geneigd om te investeren in buitenlands onroerend goed, vanwege het feit dat zij wel de flexibiliteit willen om persoonlijk gebruik ervan te maken, maar daar geen concessies aan willen doen.
